2. Materials and methods
2.1. Reagents, standards and enological products
All reagents, analytical grade, were supplied by Panreac
(Barcelona, Spain). Analytical standards for GC–MS analysis were
obtained from Sigma–Aldrich Química (Tres Cantos, Spain).
Gelatine and sodium bentonite were supplied by Agrovin (Alcázar
de San Juan, Spain). Sulfur dioxide was provided by AirLiquide
España (Madrid, Spain).
