Principal Accountabilities:
•Performing administrative duties for the sales team.
•Learn the sales process and perform as a back-up for Sales staff
•Perform data entry, filing and general office functions
•Identify ways for continuous processes
•Perform other duties as required
•Handle Quotation process, PO filing, and other document and stage up to standard materials.
•Handle Purchase request, Delivery schedule control, and Invoice collection.
•Fast respond for complaints from customer even quality, services and shortage delivery.
•Keeping profit and delivery schedule.
Qualification:
•Bachelor's degree in any fields
•Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative
•Can work under pressure, good analysis and problem solving
•Service-minded
•Can work as a team with other and can work in high pressure environment
•Computer literacy such as MS Office
•Good command of English
