Descriptions:
Provide supports to:
1. Marketing Manager & Product Managers
2. Subsidiaries support in terms of products and suppliers’ databases
3. Accomplishment of the department’s objectives.
Main Accountabilities:
Provide appropriate supports to Product Manager (approximately 50 % of the time) through the following activities:
• Management of Subsidiaries’ and Suppliers’ correspondence.
• Involvement in the Catalogue products listing.
• Creation and communication of the Group Products Bible
• Involvement in the Tenders’ management (not for Marketing Assistant).
• Involvement in the Suppliers negotiations preparation.
• Follow up of Suppliers Back End Programs.
• Involvement in ISO 14001 environment procedure.
• Product database management, in SAP (creation of new Products).
• Communication of buying terms for Group Products (prices and others).
• Suppliers database management in SAP (creation of Suppliers file).
These activities are in line with the Catalogue Product Sections and both local and group Suppliers for which PM is managing.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related field.
• Good English communication
• At least 5 years experience in similar function or good knowledge of office supply market
• Creative approach to business development
• Enthusiastic / dynamic / Well organised.
• Be able to operate under pressure and meet the deadline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• PC literate specializing in MS Excel (Ability to do a “Pivot Table” and “SAP” is a plus)
