Senior Human Resources 0fficer - Talent Acquisition
Accountabilities:
• Work closely with the line managers to determine the resource requirements and be
responsible for the sourcing and hiring.
• Prepare and update weekly reports for management in relation to recruitment and hiring.
• Execute and record competency evaluation.
• Ensure the recruitment process is completed in a fast efficient & professional manner at all
times, minimize the time to hire.
• Draft adverts, job details and person specifications and co-ordinate internal/external
advertising and recruitment campaigns.
• Screen applications and participate in interviewing and selecting candidates, also conduct job
offer and salary negotiation.
• Communicate an interview result to those candidates who participate in the interview via email,
phone or mail.
• Responsible for job offering and new hire process including documentation.
• Liaise and keep warm relationship with external agencies, universities, third-parties regarding
current vacancies and recruitment activities.
• Responsible for recruitment projects, such as new graduates recruitment, road show, open
house, walk-in interview, etc.
• Build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or
related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Recruitment of job vacancies in Manufacturing,
Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing.
• Strong Working knowledge of recruitment principles processes and best practices
• Have knowledge in Competency and KPI is preferable.
• Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
• Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination &
commitment to deliver results.
• Good command of both spoken & written English.
• Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words /
PowerPoint. Literacy in using Internet Explorer and other social media applications is a plus.
• No constraint in job mobility. Work scope includes both Factory and Head Office recruitment.
