Division Minimum HSE Standards:
3.2. The minimum standards for HSE compliance are contained in Level 2 of the Souer Co.,Ltd & Souer. HSE Management System. This will build to contain some 31 standards that will range through such requirements as Lock Out/Tag Out, Incident Notification, Investigation and Prevention, and Management of Hazardous Substances. The group HSE, plus one or more nominated representatives of the Souer Co.,Ltd & Souer. Senior Management, shall approve each new standard before it can be formally issued. The Division Level 2 standards will be formally reviewed and revised (as required) every 2 years.
3.3. Plant Management shall establish local systems and organizational responsibilities that will ensure each new approved Level 2 Programme is smoothly and comprehensively integrated into the plant’s day-to-day operations in a timely manner. These Level 2 standards shall systematically replace all exiting company wide programs.
