• You can recommend our service to infinite number of people. The number of direct referrals is specified in membership terms.
• It is forbidden to send spam, unsolicited information to third parties, and use other forbidden techniques, in order to obtain recommendation to the site.
• The service offers a rental of recommended people, depending on the availability of the users who sign up for the website without recommendation. People who are rented are active on rental day; the website is not capable to guarantee their activity for a longer period of time.
• The website offers a free exchange of rented people, if they do not show any activity for a number of days specified in the conditions of the website membership.
• Each rented recommendation person whose rental time expires, and is not extended for a longer period of time, pays a small fee of $ 0.02
• It is impossible to change the up-line (the person who recommended the user to the site).
• To receive a bonus payment for rented direct recommended person, one should view at least 4 ads from the previous day. Bonus payment is granted for a certain type of advertising, which is specified in the FAQ section.
PAYMENTS TO MEMBERS
• Payments are transferred to users’ PayPal, Payza or Neteller. We do not expect to increase the number of available payment systems. If the user did not make any contributions to the system, wages payment can be contracted on a voluntary payment system. If the user made a contribution to the system with only one payment processor, payment can be contracted only to the system from which user made purchase on the site. If the user made a contribution to the system with more than one payment processor, payment without limitation can be contracted to the system from which most of the payments had been made. Otherwise payment amount cannot be bigger than contribution done with the other payment system.
• All payments are instant, excluding first payment which has to be reviewed and will be done in one working day, excluding weekends, holidays and administration absence of which the users will be informed in advance.
• Minimum payout amount is set to $4 for the first payout. Second minimum payment amount is $6, third $8 and every other $10. Minimum payment amount for all upgraded members is fixed and set to $4.
• The user can only order one payment at the same time.
• Payment fees depends on the payment processor and are shown on the withdraw page. There is no fee on Payza payments from our side but Payza will deduct fee on incoming transfer.
• The user is responsible for providing correct account numbers or e-mail addresses of payment systems. If the information provided is incorrect, the service does not return the payment which was awarded to the wrong account number.
• After submitting the order of payment, the user is obliged to wait for a specified number of days to order next payment as stated in terms of membership.
• The payment made by the website must be accepted by the user within 30 days. All not accepted payments will be deleted.
• All attempts of returning the payment will be ignored and the funds will not be added back to the user account.

AUCTIONS ON THE WEBSITE
• User participating in the auction is aware that he needs to cover auction expenses in case he will be an auction winner.
• Do not bid on auction if you cannot afford expected auction price or you are not willing to pay for the auction at all.
• Every auction winner has 3 days to pay for the auction after it's ended. After that time, if no payment will be recorded, winner's account will be suspended.
• You cannot cancel your bid on auction.
• Auctions are not refundable.
