Evaluate and analyze pricing requests to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer’s needs and recommend UPS services
Review cost items & model and validate routing with procurement and/or operation teams
Provide pricing support and solutions through profitability analysis and business cases developed for management’s decision
Review, adapt and implement RM MOP
Deploy, maintain and provide training on pricing systems and tools
Conduct self audit per RM MOP and support internal audit, if any
Develop pre-approved pricing tools to support pricing initiatives, strategies and solutions established, implement, update and monitor accuracy and compliance of pre-approved rates
Review, adapt and implement pricing initiatives, strategies and solutions that support growth & profit plan, track, develop action plan and follow up
Gather and analyze competitive information and market conditions to develop pricing initiatives, strategies and solutions
Manage yield/margin
Support to validate rates against approval before and after implementation process of accepted contracts and addendums
Track and monitor pricing activities per types of request, numbers of requests processed, turnaround time and win/loss rates and produce reports for performance review or joint-review among departments for solutions on key pending issues
Support Brand Communication Team in launching new CRM campaigns which involve pricing
