Mr Darusman,tasked with investigating the human rights situation in North Korea, said that the workers abroad generate between US$1.2billion (42 billion baht ) to $2.3 billion a year for the country, which has been under UN economic sanctions listic missile tests. "The rationale behind that state-sponsored system appears to be to circumvent United Nations sanctions imposed on the country with a view to earning currencies, "Mr Darusman said.
