Uh oh! It seems that Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s T-shirts have been removed from stores following a lawsuit! Eeek! The sisters were sued by clothing brand Island Company for using their trademark phrase , ‘'Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never return'.
Island Company claimed that the PacSun tops created within Kendall and Kylie's clothing line has a similar motto - ‘'Run away. Fall in love. Never return,' which they said would cause 'confusion and deception among consumers.'
A source told Page Six, "The parties have settled this matter and PacSun has removed all existing shirts from its stores."
What do you think about their clothes being removed? Is the motto really that similar or was the judge harsh? Let us know in the comments below!
