We are tracking the keywords provided by your team via Excel spreadsheet (in the attached email)—we do not directly import keywords from AdWords. If the 26 keywords we are monitoring for you are not the keywords you wish to be tracking, we would be happy to update them again. In terms of spend, it is estimated by a model, and is again not directly imported from AdWords. The way we look at the results page is exactly the way it appears—so if we see an advertiser, we will report on it. Per your provided screenshot (below) it looks like the AdWords campaigns are paused. At what point were these campaigns paused? Also, what is the date range for the “Keyword Opportunities” screenshot. The use of this report is to show you opportunities to appear on keywords on which you may or may not already be appearing. At some point during this date range, shop.maybelline.co.th did appear for that specific keyword.
In regards to the spend discrepancies, are you looking at Maybelline.co.th, and if so is it only for December 2015? Which keyword group is being referenced?
