After we checked the quantity damage claimed which we had inspected during our site inspection. As a result, we accepted that the cost, which had been claimed were as had been agreed and therefore the quality could be accepted without adjustment.
In respect of the unit cost of replacement, on checking the supporting document and after we had made market enquiries we were prepared to accept that the unit costs claimed were reasonable.

The Insured claim on the part of the ceiling to arrange and some repairs, we carefully checked the scope and compared the details of the labour cost and found that the cost could be accepted as being standard cost of the supplier; hence, we accepted this without adjustment.
