Regarding below$B!G(Bs booking, there is some problem. On 26 April 2016. The
guest changed pick up time to 11.00 at Dhevan Dara Resort.
The driver arrive at 12.09 late, we checcked GPS he left our office
(Bangkok) since 8 AM, but traffic was very bad and he went wrong route.
we talked to guest already that we will refund this transfer as
complementary to guest.
Please help process only this transfer to guest.
