At the workshop, discussion focused on understanding the process through which teamwork develop. Participants were taught that denial about the need for Change and resistance to it are natural reactions, but they were also encouraged to share their concerns with each other and seek answers to their questions. Throughout the two day workshops, participants also used role plays to begin practicing the behaviors that they would need in their new team environment. These behaviors included taking risks, communicating their feelings, and teaching others as well as leaning from others.
