Once you have had your fill of the palace, you can wander back through the grounds and emerge onto the large boulevard of Sejongo. Where you find statues dedicated to King Sejong and Admiral Lee Sun Sin. The central pedestrian walkway is very popular with locals and tourists. While we were here there was always something going on around the fountain square. We saw street performers, had the chance to dress up in Korean traditional dress for a photo snap, and witness a modern art and fashion exhibition… all for free.
