Position: HR Specialist / Manager
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Human Resource Management and Development
• Handle HR Payroll management and support top management handle company compensation and benefit structure.
• Responsible for Manpower planning and Recruitment process.
• Support Employee Payroll Tax and Social Security
• Support Organization Structure Management and handle Internal Orientation and Training Program
• Be the internal Advisor to Top Management about policy and operation management
• Support the Employee Relation function and Staff Movement.
Qualification:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource or related field.
• 3-5 Year’s Experience in Human Resource function (Payroll and Recruitment)
• Experience in Logistic Industry will be advantage
• Good Communication and Presentation skill
• Good Personality and interpersonal skill
• Energetic and Willing to work in Dynamic Environment
