As part of our continued effort to further streamline the Accounts Payable process we are simplifying the way you communicate with Thomson Reuters Accounts Payable. Effective Monday, 22 June 2015, we’re introducing a new query management tool to track and resolve your queries more effectively. This tool will also provide us with insights into the nature of your queries and will help us fix the root cause to provide better customer service.
Due to this change, this mailbox will no longer be operational from 22 June 2015, and we request you to kindly forward all your queries to our new mail address at AP.Queries@thomsonreuters.com. A ticket number will be assigned to your query which can be used for future communication and any other updates on your query.

If you’re a vendor partner, please use the ticket number as a reference when you call our Accounts Payable Helpdesk on the numbers below, as you will not be able to access our internal websites
