- Manage new product activity schedules to align with product development timeframe by controlling of both internal and external resources to ensure all activity done prior to new product launching.
- Manage and control activity budget and cost. Review all activity budget, service contracts, and negotiate service cost with related departments and suppliers/vendors.
- Provide technical information (e.g. new mechanisms or new technologies) to internal sections and customers (importers).
- Create training plan and provide technical training of new mechanisms and new technology to service persons, distributors and importers.
- Work closely with product development team to provide opinion from cutomer and service center point-of-view on new technology and product design.
- Develop publications (Owners' Manual, Service Manual and Part Catalog) of New Automobile, Motorcycles, and Power Equipments.
- Manage new product information database (server). In this responsibility, in cooperation with Honda Motor (Japan) and publication suppliers, I have developed new publication making system which can reduce publication production cost by 350% and reduce production time by 70%.
