The findings revealed that there were relationships between some independent variables such
as age, years of work experience with the current firm, years of work experience with other
firms, and KSA changes. Other individual characteristics, such as gender and education, were
not found to be related to KSA changes. Consequently, the results were able to respond to the
objective of this study that individual characteristics of employees, such as age, years of work
experience with the current firm, and years of work experience with other firms may affect
learning (KSA changes) through HRD in CSR activity.
