Ms. Sriwarin Jirapakkana, Director, inform the Meeting that the Company intends to close the Company’s bank account at Credit Suisse AG Hong Kong Branch and therefore propose the Meeting to transfer of investment securities in the said bank account to the Company’s bank account at HSBC Private Bank in order to prepare the closing of bank account accordingly.
