Help you create a personalized plan to increase your cardiovascular endurance and increase your daily calories burned, while improving overall strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Our staff will work with you one-on-one for aerobic, strength and flexibility programs, with certified trainers and Pilates instructors. If you prefer, you can focus your activity in group classes or small group (2-4 people) training.
Provide regular check-ins to monitor your progress, make adjustments to your regime, and help to keep you on track.

Another aspect of personalized goal setting is to meet with our staff to have body composition testing with our state-of-the-art equipment, which offers more scientific information than just Body Mass Index.

*Depending on cardiac risk factors, such as age, family history or diabetes, you may be required to have an Exercise Tolerance Test prior to participation. This can be done prior to admission, or once you arrive. ETTs done prior to admission must be less than two years old.
