Other problems which will not be included in this study and which are closely related to the above noted problem of internal organization are: (1) the abandonment of existing buildings if it is determined that attendance units shall be modified, created, or eliminated in certain instances; (2) the determination of future bus routes which may be changed from existing plans under a new administrative organization especially in cases where small schools may have been eliminated; (3)the location of future building sites; (4) the construction of new school buildings or the additions to existing plants. The importance of a public relations program in achieving school district reorganization is recognized but will not be include as a part of this study.
