2.11. Statistical analysis
A randomized complete block design (replications as blocks)
with three replications was utilized to test for differences (p < 0.05)
between normal and red catfish fillets on muscle food quality attributes
and sensory analysis. The data were analyzed using the
PROC GLM procedure and when differences occurred (p < 0.05)
among treatments, the Tukey’s Honestly Significant Difference Test
(HSD) was used to separate treatment means.
