Completed One Year of Service as on December 31, 2014. The criteria is expanded to include the employees
who have joined before Feb 14, 2014
Employees who have joined between Feb 15, 2014 and April 30, 2014 may be recommended for adjustment in
their Salaries. Maximum Salary which can be adjusted for Grade A Staff is 3%
The Salary Increment to be within 5% increase of the Existing Manpower Cost.
Salary increments to be recommended by Unit General Manager (or Hotel Manager),
proposed by Vice President, Operations or Corporate Director of Operations
and approved by Executive Vice President, Operations
Those Employees who salary already increased on April 2012,
will follow conditions that was agreed and announced during April 2012 increment.
