The supplier shall notify the customer of increasing risk of not
conforming to any provisions of the DIA, and report each safety related
event occurring within its area of responsibility.
The supplier shall determine if any safety requirement that
cannot be complied with; the relative safety concept shall be
checked and modified to yield safety requirements. Any change
shall be promptly communicated to the other party.
The outcomes are Supplier selection report, DIA, Supplier’s
project and safety plan, Safety assessment report and Supply
agreement.
