Third, the conceptual apparatus of an educational system
should be upgraded regularly along with the studies. It may
well be so that the concepts which are similar in names but
different in contents be repeated in the thesaurus. In learning, an
elementary concept is introduced firstly, which is specified,
enlarged, and illustrated with examples and exceptions. As a
result, the particular studies stipulated by the syllabus help the
students to build their own conceptual systems, thus
approaching the system required by the curriculum. An
efficiency of one or another educational environment is defined
by the speed of mastering developed by the learners as well as
by their knowledge completeness.
