Overview of side effect prevalence
About half the participants had experienced at least one of
the side effects described in the LUNSERS during the month
prior to data collection, with more than 45% of the items
having been experienced by one or more people (19 out of 41
items). Although individuals varied in their responses to side
effects, the most commonly-reported side effects were ‘difficulty
in remembering things’, ‘difficulty in concentrating’,
‘tiredness’, ‘putting on weight’, ‘sleeping too much’ and
‘restlessness’, which were cited by over 60% of participants.
