I notice on the confirmation below that you have shown Travel Counsellors as the guarantee. Please note this had not been agreed and should not be done without my approval. Our company policy is to hold positive funds or guarantee before booking our own services. This would not extend to guaranteeing your own requirements, so I have not taken card guarantee for that.
Mrs Howard Vyse is a long term valued client – had you guaranteed for a client or clients that are new to me, who then chose not to pay, I would be liable for the bill.
If Intercontinental could amend their policy to charge transfers to client bills, as many hotels do, that would be greatly appreciated, and we may then use your services again in future.
