I want to express my strong disappointment about the quality and reliabilty of your service. We are currently hiring the above car from you, an have hired other cars for the past 4 years from you. Recently we had a minor damage on plastic parts on the current car. We are using this car to maintain our business and among other activities we are using this car to meet our customers. On October 14th your service team scheduled a pick up of the car for 10:00am. In fact your driver arrived here around 02:00pm, which is 4 hours after the scheduled time. Noone tried to contact us in order to advise about the delay nor did the driver offer an excuse. In my opinion this behavior is unproffesional and can not be tolerated as it has an impact on our business.
On October 22nd we called your company and we were informed that the car will be delivered in the evening. From our past experience with your service team we figured that this will not happen, and we were proved to be right. The car was not delivered on this day and until today we are still waiting. The repalcement car you gave us must be the oldest car in your fleet and in my opinion is not really safe for driving anymore. Having little experience with car repair, I would estimate that a well organized garage could do the job in less than three day.
We demand that the car will be returned fully repaired and fit within today. In other case we will contact the top management of Master Car and possibly share our experience with Bangkok Post.
