- Manage operating budgets for the Human Resources department
- Handle payroll process , Tax and Social Security .
- Manage compensation and benefits , administration and record keeping
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit,interview and select applicants
- Allocate human resources ,ensuring appropriate matches between personal and Job
- Conduct employee orientation and assist employee relation

- Ensure all employees’ Social Security fund is completed and provided to social Security Office
