Marketing and actions taken
Worcestershire Health Libraries conducted a marketing
campaign, focusing on time saving services
and the fact that it is a fully multi-disciplinary
service, using local notice boards and manned
canteen displays. Notices were also put around the
library emphasising that staff were available to
help and requesting users to respect the right of
other users to a peaceful environment in which to
study. All front desk staff discussed their
approachability and reviewed their service skills.
