To send the ASUS Zenphone 5 back in relation of not working and asked to replace it. Respond of i canceled this order instead is not understand able. SMS send to send my Bank account what if it would be replaced or send back if the problems cud be resolved. So many phone cal to hope it would lead to solve the problem and getting now where! I really had some years ago an excellent service of Lazada and now this because of some staff that are not in position to understand the difference of cancellation or replace a bad item what it can happen. This can happen and has no reason to a complain of the item. Please solve it so soon as possible it where the phone that I bought for my daughter and now she think it is my causes.
