• Technical university degree or sound knowledge of engineering acquired through a technical apprenticeship or technician degree
• Several years of experience in the service department of Krones or project management or similar professional experience in a similar environment
• Customer-orientated thinking and acting, analytical, systematic, and result-oriented approach to work
• Demonstrating a high level of initiative
• Experience in managing escalations
• Ability to work in teams and to communicate professionally
• Organizational talent and assertiveness
• Excellent command of the English language
• MS Office and SAP skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Awareness for cultural aspects in Thailand
• English Language is mandatory
