Sabject of the agreement
J-TECH CONSTRUCTION GROUP (Developer) hereby appointed the above as a non-exclusive Agent (broker) to assist by using their best endeavor in Promotion, Marketing, Selling and Renting units for "S-One Service Appartment" ( The project)
Scope of work
- The broker is to promote, rent and sell any product on the project.
- Introduce the Project to all prospecting clients.
Broker's Responsobilities
- Introduce the Project to all their potential clients as necessary.
- To bring prospecting clients to visit the Developer's unit and sale office.
-To register the said client by providing their full name, nationality, adress, telephone number and email.
- To deliver only up to date information to their clients and stands as an independent entity that performs under the Broker's own expense
Developer's Responsobilities
- To assist the Broker in any ways beneficial for a successful sale.
- To deliver frequent progress reports throughtout the development phase.
- To provide contianed support to client throughtout said development phase.
Disbursement Plan
Regular Commission on a successfull sale introduced by the Broker shall be 5% of the Selling price of the unit For 1.type, 2 type as 4.5%., 3. type as 4% . All commission rates above is inclusive of VAT, payable after Developer recives all legitimate sales and perchase documentations (Such as Reservation Form S&P Agreement, Buyer Documents and ext.) and being paid first payment. Terms of payment shall be 15 days after reciving the invoice form the Broker.
Remarks:
a. The Broker must register their potental clients in writing to be eligible of commission under this Agreement.
b. Should this Agreement be for any reason terminated, pending renumerations shall still remain in effect. All parties agreed to settle a final account of pending renumerations within 30 days after the terminating of this Agreement.
c. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance to lows of the Kindom of Thailand.
d. Marketing matirials and Rroject updated are to be provided by the Developer.
e. All correspondences shall be sent by email to ______________________ and deemed well recived by the broker.
f. Both parties have a right to terminate this Agreement by serving a 30 days written notice to the other party.
