Even at this stage where the procedures and policies have been defined, it is important to continue consulting with staff to ascertain their views on current and future WHS management practices. Due to the fact that staff are the people working in the areas where problems could arise and accidents occur, it is they who could be best placed to provide advice on the best way to eliminate or control risks.
