เรื่องที่ 7. Rock Climber : The Kings of Grip Strength
>>>
For weightlifters, bad grip strength means dropping a bar on your foot.
For rockclimbers it means becoming a big red stain at the foot of a mountain.
There are plenty of hand-based exercises you can do in the gym,
but according to the experts at DPM Climbing,
all you need in a bucket full of rice.
Then you do the below,
aiming to go for 30 seconds per exercise and work your way up to 45.
....
Stab your fingers in to it, make a fist, retract it, and repeat.
>>>Stab your fingers into it,
open your hand wide,
withdraw it with your palm facing away from you, repeat.
>>>Plunge your first in the rice rotate on direction, repeat.
Then do the same number of reps rototing in the other direction.
>>>Do the Karate Kid exercises with your hands in the rice: wax on,wax off, and paint the fence.
>>>Open your hands, put them in the rice, then try repeatedly to squash the rice into powder.
>>>Dig your thumbs into the bucket over and over,as if you're eye-gouging someone.
Like your boss, for example.
The biggest benefit of this workout is that it builds strength in all of your forearms,
training the flexors and extensor muscles.
Most gym-based exercises just work the flexors.
