For all case as below you can try to do manual allocate first but if you can’t do mean that case process by advance return so we must be waiting for defective return from them and RTV team receive first then we can manual allocate and ship out the good parts to them. But if some case you can do manual allocate that’s mean the case not do process by advance return so RTV team can receive defective return once SLN received the good part from us in system.
