Next week we will launch the Teva annual Global Employee Survey for 2016. This is the fifth year that we are asking all employees for feedback. We had an overwhelming 85% response rate in 2015 and hope to surpass that participation rate this year.
This is your opportunity to have your voice heard and acted on. Our organization has nearly doubled in size since 2015 and we have new colleagues working through the transition to Teva. After this year of change, listening to the voice of our employees is more important than ever.
The survey provides valuable insights from employees around the world on a variety of topics related to organizational effectiveness, leadership, motivation and our work environment. Results of the 2015 survey showed that:
• We have made progress in many aspects of the employee experience, such as recognition, development opportunities and putting people at the center of everything we do, as well as increased confidence in our strategic direction and trust in our leaders.
• We need to better address productivity issues and barriers to help us work more effectively.
I encourage you to make your voice count.
By helping us identify what we do well and where we need to improve, you can contribute to Teva’s ability to reach our North Star.
• You will receive an email on Tuesday, November 8 with a link to the survey.
• Please complete the survey by November 30. The value of this survey depends upon your open and honest responses to the questions.
• The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
Your response is strictly confidential.
We value your feedback whether it is favorable or not and we respect the trust you place in us when you answer the survey openly and honestly. Only Korn Ferry Hay Group – the management consulting firm assisting Teva with its survey – will see your completed questionnaire. Employee information will not be identified or shared with anyone at Teva. We have also taken steps to ensure that employees in small work groups remain anonymous.
Thank you for your effort and participation.
