High-school diploma to degree, or equivalent (university or specialist hospitality or communications school). Could be open to atypical profiles.
- Fresh graduated student are welcome
- Knowledge of the hotel environment will be advantage.
- Fluent in the national will be advantage.
- At least 2 years experience in the same position.
- Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature.
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai, computer skills are necessary.

- Responsible and accountable for the logging of and correct, prompt and efficient handling of all guest messages and facsimiles.
- To ensure that all guest enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner.
- To cover Room Service as required.
- To ensure you have a complete and thorough knowledge of the outlets of the hotel, their operating hours and the scope of services that they provide.
- To be completely aware of the elevators, Fire and Emergency procedures of the hotel and your responsibilities in an emergency.
