WHAT WERE YOUR ORGANISATION'S FINANCIAL RESERVES AT THE END OF YOUR LAST FINANCIAL REPORTING PERIOD (CALCULATED IN US DOLLARS) (BASELINE), AND WHAT WILL THEY BE BY 2020 (TARGET)? Guidance - The financial reserves of a Partner should be based upon the amount of 'unrestricted reserves' they have available (ie not including any funds held for specific purpose). They can be a key indicator of the sustainability of an organisation. The amount of unrestricted reserves may not be shown in the Financial Statement. However, it is sometimes documented in the notes to the accounts normally also contained in the Annual Accounts. Otherwise, the Finance Manager of a Partner should be able to provide the required figure. Supporting documentation: Audited annual accounts, bank statements.
