Thanks for the note and reply. Can I suggest if you could reply on our letter requesting for the 3 months security deposit and 3 months rent as penalty for early termination. We could then reply and ask for your alternative proposal on the re-instatement which is for BG to pay a lump sum to (THB2,420/sqm) to the landlord for re-instatement which would be retained after 30th Nov if there are no suitable tenants found to replace BG.
