From staff who are utterly disinterested, staff don't have a clue about
what's on the menu, to staff in foreign food restaurants who speak not a word
of English yet the menu is only in English, service issues run the full
gamut. Errors are common and when it's pointed out that what was ordered
is not what was brought to the table, sulking can follow. Service staff with
attitudes that go way beyond mere disinterest make to feel like you are an
imposition on this person's life, yet they are paid to serve you.
