Still I am receiving error message that both Nakazawa san and Kusala san cannot receive my mail.
Problem is I have typed Both email address from scratch and the timing of sending, it can be sent to address
without “BKK-ITC” but after checking “SEND” folder, BKK-ITC has appeared only on the address of both people.
I think there seems to be previous registration which cannot be avoided just by typing address.
Could you talk to your IT staff how to type email address from scratch , which are registered in my OUTLOOK already?
Because our IT person in IIPL has gone to BKK from today and no other person who can settle this issues at my end.
