Directly report to Head of GrabBike/GrabExpress Thailand
In charge of all administrative and paperwork activities of the team including Accounting and Finance, HR, Purchasing, Driver operations etc.
Respond to driver walk-in and email enquiries
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by Head of GrabBike/GrabExpress Thailand and authorized team members
Keep track of the team's document, asset, financials and accountings
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smoothness of the team administrative and paperwork activities
