If you have manually changed your password, you may ignore this message.
If your password was reset by the Help Desk please complete the following steps:
1. If your computer is part of Active Directory simply press the Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys and change your password. This new password will automatically be synchronized with all other systems GOpass is connected to.
2. If your computer is not using Active directory, log on as usual, then open a web page and navigate to http://go. Next click on Quick Links in the upper right corner of the page then click on Passwords. Choose the Change GOpass Password and follow the steps.
Reset your password to something you will remember.
