The reasons for the limited uptake of CSA in Australia are unknown. One
way in which to gain insight into how CSA could be developed in
Australia is to examine the knowledge and beliefs of Australian farmers and consumers who are not currently involved with CSA farms.
Therefore, the aim of this study was to examine the level of knowledge
about CSA among a sample of Victorian farmers and consumers and
their perceptions of the benefits of CSA and the barriers to wider
adoption of CSA.
