To mark the reservation as a no-show, please follow these 4 quick steps:
• Click on the Bookings tab.
• Use the Search box or adjust the date range to locate the right reservation.
• Once you have located the right reservation, click the ‘No Show’ button in the Action column on the right.
• Confirm the no-show in the pop-up window that appears.
Please note that a no-show should be reported within 2 days of the guest’s departure date.
Also, we ask you to kindly verify all the information before making any updates in the Extranet as our guests receive an immediate notification if their reservation has been cancelled or modified.
