Thank you very much for updating all data.
I want to have loose guideline to clarify (1) who will follow-up and (2) how to update&share the latest correspondense.
So pls discuss with Yui-san and Natenapha-san about below.
(1) Who will follow-up
In my idea, it's better to contact by MO (at site) only about the customer
1) who breaks the promise often (e.g. over 2 times?)
2) who cannot contact and make next pmt promise.
3) who cannot show payment plan which is affordable by his income schedule
=> Is it OK to judge by us(MO) whom we follow-up at site? Or collection team give instruction which customer to follow up at site?
(2) how to update&share the latest correspondens
We(MO) makes report when we follow up customer at site.
=> Is it OK to update by collection team or we had better update by our selves in Excel (OK in Thai language)
I want to have one source to update to avoid double work / pararel information source.
(3) I high lighted in green about the customers who don't make next promise yet with TIL.
=> How we follow-up these?
