Team Have any of you contacted the supplier regarding the faulty fabric in Bangkok? We need to finalize the next steps and confirm what we have already discussed with the supplier.
My Understanding is that we 595m in warehouse 1006 and 698m in warehouse 9201 which is damaged - and needs to be repaired / returned to the supplier, Value is about BHT 1,17M or €30,478.00. With a further 396M which we tried to repair ourselves and it is still not useable. This excludes any shipping costs. This is a large impact to use and we need to resolve this matter soonest. Also who is managing the return / re-ordering of the correct material. Can The team please confirm that my assumptions above here is correct that all this fabric is damaged and not useable.
