I was trying to study and retain a LOT of information in a short amount of time. It's also important to note I have sleep problems which vary from mild to severe, but in general it is very difficult for me to "fall" asleep everyday. I started listening to these beats alone, without accompanied music, and in MINUTES got extremely tired, took off the headphones and KNOCKED OUT! Falling asleep is a process, I haven't fallen asleep this quickly or without my routine in YEARS! It was also the DEEPEST sleep I've had in years since having trouble sleeping! I'm going to try again and see what happens. Didn't work exactly as I expected or intended (to study) but so thrilled!!
