Thank you for your prompt reply. In case if we must to transfer money back to your account is possible to refund by credit card or refund back that card was we charged because the normally we just charge Expedia by credit card and we don’t know what wrong with your system.
We would like to inform we can only refund the money back by credit card and please send the booking number or arrival date which booking have the problem. If you have the problem with your system we must to know which credit card we was charged has a problem
